How does hands-free voice work?

Open the console, tap Start conversation and allow microphone access. OraCool listens again after a spoken reply. Recognition depends on your browser; supported browsers can use a recording/transcription fallback. Voice listening pauses when the page is hidden or your device locks.

Do I need to verify my email to sign up?

New accounts use email and password without a signup email-code gate. Connecting a mailbox or verifying a telephone recipient is a separate permission step.

Is my conversation history saved?

Signed-in chats are saved on the server and mirrored to the operator’s Supabase database when configured. The browser also caches recent messages. AI providers may process submitted content under their own terms. Read the privacy policy before sharing sensitive information.

Can OraCool make calls and send messages?

These tools are available to Enterprise users and admins, once providers are configured. Recipients must be verified and consent to contact. You review the destination and message before sending. Calls and SMS use Twilio; email requires a separately configured email provider such as SendGrid. The tools will explain when setup is incomplete.

Will an alarm work when my browser is closed?

A configured telephone alarm can call your verified phone without the browser being open. It needs continuously running hosting, an available provider and phone reception. It cannot override Do Not Disturb. Keep a native device alarm as backup.

Are paid plans trials or automatic renewals?

There is no free paid-plan trial. Plans currently grant access for 30 days after a successful payment. Review your account and checkout details for the payment method and access period before paying.

Does OraCool provide financial guarantees?

No. Market content is informational and educational. Trading tools are paper-only; outputs are not guarantees of profit or personalized professional advice.
